This matters when you're spending as much time outdoors as most North Cotswold residents do.
Sunny, our dog, will almost certainly spend more time exploring footpaths, fields, woods and country lanes than he ever did in the city. With that comes the occasional cut paw, tick removal, upset stomach or emergency visit.
Most locals we spoke to felt veterinary provision was one of the area's strengths, with access to both routine care and emergency treatment.

As we've prepared for our move, we've come to see local services as almost as important as the property itself.
The encouraging news is that almost everything you need is available. Healthcare, veterinary care, trades and professional services are all present across the North Cotswolds.
The key difference is that capacity can be limited.
